Writing Stories crafting words & drinking coffee
Taylor (or just Tay) is a Canadian writer, software developer, and professional overthinker. He writes character-driven stories with heart, humour, a healthy dose of existential dread, and a cynical-ish worldview—often featuring anthropomorphic characters, big emotions, and sarcastic protagonists who’d rather be anywhere else.
His debut novel, Stories of My Dinosaur Life, blends science fiction, urban fantasy, and fake-memoir chaos to explore identity, resilience, and what it means to find your place in a world that wasn’t built for you.
Tay lives in Canada’s capital, drinks too much coffee, and spends an unreasonable amount of time making sure fictional animals have believable trauma arcs. When not writing, he’s probably coding something weird or complaining about an easily fixable problem.

Stories of My Dinosaur Life
Imagine this: your life gets turned upside down when you suddenly transform into a fox-human hybrid. Then, a decade later, it twists again—you’re knee-deep in aliens, conspiracies, fighting to save your kidnapped family, and uncovering a dangerous organization hell-bent on destroying people like you. Oh, wait, no need to imagine—that’s my life.
Join me as I recount how I became part of the Global Unity for Interspecies Protection, got my ass kicked, wrestled with my insecurities, and faced down extremists threatening everything I care about. And while there aren’t any actual dinosaurs involved—it still felt like I was walking with giants.
